What does Daily Hours mean?
It is the size of your plan, and it sets your monthly pool of editing hours. 2 Daily Hours is 42 hours a month, 4 Daily Hours is 84, and 6 Daily Hours is 126. Your full pool is ready at the start of every month, and you use it at your own pace, all in one week or spread across the month.
How fast do I get my video back?
Between 24 and 96 hours, depending on your plan. The 6, 7 and 8 Daily Hours plans deliver in 24 to 48 hours. The clock starts once your brief and footage are in.
What counts against my hours?
The time your editor spends on your projects, revisions included. Time is logged to the minute as the work happens and shows in your dashboard.
What if I use less than my hours?
Unused hours from a month stay available for 30 days after that month ends. That is true on monthly, quarterly, and annual billing, and you still get a fresh pool every month.
Do I get the same editor each time?
Yes. Every plan comes with a dedicated editor who learns your brand.
Can I cancel anytime?
